Gary Steuernagel
I have been a Realtor since 1995, in 1998 I became a broker, in my first full year of real estate, as a part-time agent with a 45 hour a week full time job I was number 3 in our office of over 40 agents.
In 1998 I opened my own company, Delta Realty Group and became the largest non-franchise office in Fort Bend County with 99 agents at our peak. In December 2010 I merged my company, with Keller Williams Realty SW.

During my time at Keller Williams I have capped, been an instructor for many classes and am a Keller Williams Certified Instructor.
​
I have been a mentor since coming to Keller Williams and the last 5 Rookies of the Year for KWSW have come from my mentor group.
​
For 12 years I was an adjunct real estate instructor at Houston Community College, for the last 7 years I have been a member of the HCC Real Estate Department Curriculum Committee, since 2017 I have been the Chairman of the Committee.

I hold the following designations: CRB – Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative, Green: NAR’s Green Designation
I have been on the TAR state Professional Standards Committee and served on the TAR Professional Standards Coordinating Committee.

I have served on the HAR MLS Committee, HAR Risk Management Committee and HAR Contracts Committee I currently am actively involved in real estate working with buyers, sellers rentals, and commercial listing and buying.

At Keller Williams SW I have received the Eagle Award three times.
My philosophy of teaching real estate is not only to teach what needs to be done but to teach why we need to do it. Real estate is ever changing and an agent needs to understand both the how and why so they can do the best job for their clients.
Niky barker
​
Niky started her career in real estate as an executive assistant to a top producer and quickly realized that Real Estate was her sweet spot. She eventually transitioned to buyers agent and later on as an independent realtor averaging multiple closings a month.
​
Real Estate goes back to her roots, she was deeply involved in real estate investments both in Italy and in the Dominican Republic prior to moving to the United States.
​
She is fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English. Niky brings a unique international experience to Atrium Coaching. Her main goal is to bring Atrium Coaching to the next level and help agents grow their professional career as quickly as possible. She can't wait to share her strategies to help agents succeed.
Jana Hayes
​
Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Jana moved to the US in 2011 and traveled cross country due to her husband’s job.
Once they settled in Houston in 2013, Jana obtained her real estate license and joined KWSW.
Being new to Houston it was quite difficult to get started. However, Jana set a big goal and believed that if she worked twice as hard as agents with a large sphere she can still become successful.
Jana was Rookie of the Year, named NRG Top 20 under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate, and obtained her CLHMS and Million Dollar Guild within a year and half of getting her license. Jana’s passion for helping others and endless energy set her apart from other agents and quickly became a top producer.
Not only she enjoys helping her clients, but she loves helping other agents to become successful as well.
